“A sweet and quirky little hotel in a quiet, off the beaten path town. The rooms are unexpectedly nice - newly remodeled, comfortable linens and bedding, nice towels, very clean bathrooms. Parking is on the street, free and safe. Easy places to walk the dog nearby. ”

“This was an excellent choice. We have stayed in Lerma before en route to the Santander ferry but have opted for more modest accommodation. I decided to spend a little more and boy was it worth it. The only negative was our late arrival and early start, so we did not have much time to enjoy the surroundings, so next time we will be sure to arrive sooner. Reception could not have been friendlier or more helpful, both arriving and departing. We were escorted to the lift. We were on floor 4, and……

“Hotel rural muy bien situado a unos pocos minutos andando del centro del pueblo (que es precioso). La dueña muy amable nos aconsejó sobre itinerarios y nos dió unos folletos muy útiles. La habitación muy espaciosa, la cama muy comida, él baño muy grande. Desayuno espectacular. Muy bien de precio. Además tiene aparcamiento gratuito. Muy recomendable.”

Nevertheless, every effort was made to accommodate us and to make thing right. So very nice people to have encountered. The hotel is not quite so newly refurbished as stated, but warmth and hospitality have so much more value and feeling that you leave as friends is priceless..”
