“Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel gab es leider einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass mir die Zahnbürste, die ich an der Rezeption angefordert hatte, von einem anderen Gast gebracht wurde. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber war und der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Leider war das Personal im Restaurantbereich nicht besonders freundlich und zeigte sich nicht besonders lächelnd. Insgesamt……

“First of all, we had to contact the agent to get the check in information and procedures. Normally those should be given to us. On our arrival, we realised that there were dirty dishes. Plus there was no hand soap. For the price we paid, tbe internet wasnt good. We had difficulties connecting and accessing different websites. There was no toilet paper, when we arrived.”

“总体酒店环境和服务和干净度都不错，近机场，便于商务出行。早餐偏向于当地或者欧洲，传统中国早餐少，但当地新鲜蜂蜜，酸奶，CHEESE和其他都有，营养肯定可以够。唯一就是说酒店的床垫偏软，据说楼下的餐厅非常不错，下次有机会再入住。”

“The location is very close to Ataturk Airport,but there is no such advantage after relocating to the new airport.It is near the convention center,the surrounding area is very desolate and far from the city centre,but the subway is very convenient. The room looks a bit old and small,yet,still clean and tidy.What really surprised me was the double room for two people only provides a small bottle of drinking water,toiletries and slippers for one person.The air conditioner in the room can't……

“The location is near to a metro station and very close to the Ataturk airport, however there is no such advantage since relocating to the new Istanbul airport, it is almost about an hour away from anywhere you want to go. The room was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, AC worked well, bathroom is well equipped and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Actually prior to this room, my room was on the lower floor where I can hear the metro train moving, a bit noisy. So after I complained to the……

“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”
