“This is a nice hotel just south of Naivasha in the city of Karagita. The staff is nice, they have a beautiful green garden with a swimming pool and the breakfast offers a decent selection. The room has all the things you need and the bed is comfortable. On the downside, the hotel is very noisy. If people come home late at night you can hear them talk in the hallway, and you can hear the bar/breakfast room downstairs. We also had issue with the wifi being very poor. ”

“Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.”

“I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!……

“We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. All the staff were cheerful and accommodating. A special thank you to Jacob for assisting us in arranging our boat safari.”
