“I have stayed at Trademark a few times now and I love the hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great with Village Market next door. HOWEVER- on this last trip the WiFi kept kicking me out and was completely unreliable for my 4 day stay. I could not do my work and hosting Zooms was not possible. “The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! “Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness!
