“O hotel é muito bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pé....o metrô tombalada fica 2 quarteirões, shopping e muitos restaurantes na região, além de lojas de conveniência, farmácia e casas de câmbio. O hotel é estilo apart, mas serve café da manhã, inclui boas opções! O quarto é amplo, segregado da sala/cozinha e banheiro, muito bem limpo. “Front desk people were very friendly and very accommodating. The many people who worked the breakfast room worked so hard yet were very friendly. The room cleaners were very nice and friendly. Hotel room was kept spotless as was the lobby and dinning rooms. The breakfast crew was excellent, Maria Jose, Juliana, Javiera, Anna and Willie. Esmeralda our room cleaner was really nice and friendly. We will be back very soon in the future. ”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
