“Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia. Os quartos eram extremamente limpos e confortáveis, o que fez toda a diferença para o descanso. A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso ao metrô, o que facilitou muito a locomoção. A rua onde o local está situado é mais deserta, como é comum em áreas centrais, mas não senti insegurança nem tive dificuldades para circular. No geral, uma ótima experiência!”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“En líneas generales el hotel me pareceió fantástico. El único aspecto que, en mi opinión, debería ser mejorado es el tema de la ducha y la regulación de la temperatura del agua. El Box de la ducha no estaba bien sellado con silicona y generaba una fuga de agua que mojaba el pido del dormitorio. Por otro lado el reguladore de la temperatura del agua no estaba funcionando, porque el agua salía o muy fría o muy caliente, pero fue imposible lograr un termino medio. Por lo demás un excelente hotel.……

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……
