“Bairro nobre Lós Condes, abria a cortina blackout e tinha uma panorâmica da cordilheira dos Andes lotada de neve, área segura, fácil estacionamento, um pouco distante do centro, mas tem metrô em frente, fácil acesso a transfer e transporte de aplicativo, não tem pegadinhas na recepção, fiz reserva pré-paga pela hotéis.com e não cobraram nenhum centavo a mais na chegada, tem depósito de garantia, mas tem devolução expressa no check out, nem chegou constar no meu cartão. Recepção com vários……

“This property is very well located in Santiago's old downtown area located a few steps from old historic buildings. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. It offers a well varied breakfast option and quiet rooms with beautiful wood finishes. Staff is courteous and polite. We will be recommending this hotel to our snowbird friends and we will be coming back.”

“I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. The bed is comfortable, also the breakfast has many choices and delicious. But the shower head in the bathroom is a bit dirty and the height fixer is broken.
