“Super séjour au Jaz makadi Saraya Resort. L’hôtel est propre, bien équipé. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Le buffet est plutôt répétitif mais vu le choix ce n’est pas un problème on a le droit a un restaurant à la carte pour le séjour. Très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel je conseille vivement au famille mais déconseille au couple seul. Le Parc aquatique est juste merveilleux pour les enfants. ”

“Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”

“Das Hotel ist zu 95% von russischen Gästen gebucht, was man vorher wissen sollte. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant ist gut, mit ausreichender Auswahl, allerdings nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. In den anderen Restaurants (2 Besuche frei pro Woche) ist das Essen meiner Meinung nach besser und man wird zur Abwechslung auch Mal am Tisch bedient, was ich von einem 5 Sterne Hotel eigentlich erwarte. Der Strand ist im Prinzip schön und sauber und man findet auch immer einen Platz. Es war allerdings……

“Hébergement correct, les restaurants sont plutôt bons contrairement à au restaurant principal. Le choix des boissons en all in exclusive n'est pas terrible pour un 5 étoiles de même que la nourriture en journée. quasiment rien à manger... pour un 5 étoile peu largement mieux faire.”
