“Super séjour au Jaz makadi Saraya Resort. L’hôtel est propre, bien équipé. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Le buffet est plutôt répétitif mais vu le choix ce n’est pas un problème on a le droit a un restaurant à la carte pour le séjour. Très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel je conseille vivement au famille mais déconseille au couple seul. Le Parc aquatique est juste merveilleux pour les enfants. ”

“We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. “The animation team was fantastic—super friendly, engaged, and amazing dancers! The overall staff was also extremely nice and helpful. However, there were a lot of Russian guests, which influenced the atmosphere a bit. The food was okay, not outstanding. The themed à la carte restaurants were better than the main buffet and a nice change, though the online reservation system was quite complicated. “First of all the staff was really nice! Drinks and food unfortunatelly could not compete to the staff. It was really bad unluckilly. The worst Point how so ever ist that the staff wanted to forbide me to leave the hotel. Ofc I just stepped out but this expedience was an absolute No-Go”
