“David was a lovely host and provided a generous welcome with tips on the local flora. The house is simple in the best way - utterly relaxing and with all you need. The location is spectacular for snorkeling because you can walk to the best spots and shower in the outdoor shower after. The cottage is charming with thoughtful updates (AC) and is impeccably maintained.”

“Hard to visualize it with the pictures. The layout is perfect for where it is. We saw a family wild pigs on the property. Love the town it’s in too. Definitely expect some bugs and geckos in the cabin (but very few in the bedroom itself). Dryer was out of gas but Marc was very responsive and found us a solution. ”

“The host was great so kind sharing local spots for hiking food photography of gorgeous sunsets and beautiful beach excursions nearby. Each morning We had a wonderful time waking up looking at Maui in the distance with Haleakala, towering from the blue Pacific Ocean. Such a relaxing environment with fruit trees, animals, cool breezes and breathtaking beauty all around thank you so much for a great mini getaway for my wife and I. ”

“This is a very special home about a 1.5 miles from the Waipio Valley Lookout. It's most suited for a couple with small kids or a single traveler. The front lanai view is gorgeous and their is also a lovely back patio with a small orchard. You are fully immersed in nature and the wonderful geckos combat the insects. It takes a few days to get used to their clicking through the night as they are loud and locquacious. Walking to Waipio daily was fantastic.I was extremely pleased with the fully……
