“This home more than met our needs for a family of 7 adults and 1 child.The house was roomy with a great floor plan. We somehow thought we only had 2 bathrooms but actually had 2 and a half as the laundry room with full size washer and dryer also had a sink and toilet. There was also an outdoor shower with 2 showers, they were a bit rustic but our adult children loved them and they were great for dealing with sand after a day at the beach. “From the communication to the property and amenities, it was perfect. The moment you walk in, the cleanliness is tied for first for the first thing you notice; the other being the breathtaking view! The owners are on property and although we weren’t fortunate to meet them in person (they completely respect your privacy) they were always responsive to questions! “overall, it was great for our family needs”

“Everything was as indicated in listing but being there was even better. Amazing location amazing property original FLW furnishings but complimented with the luxury an original FLW home lacked. The master bedroom and bath were roomy and dreamy. The whole house is tastefully appointed. Room for each of the four of us to spread out and be comfortable. We went in mid December and temperatures were perfect. Of our five days there, we loved touring the island and a successful whale watching trip but……

“Waimea is my favorite Big Island location. This house was actually bigger than I thought. It has two bed rooms and a loft that also has a bed. Everything worked and it was very comfortable and quiet. Only thing that would have made a 5 would be new mattresses.”
