“My favorite Maui resort. One thing I was disappointed to see, Nobu took over the spot where the daily buffet breakfast was held. This is the best view at the resort and one of the main attractions people look forward to. The breakfast is held now at the lower Humuhumu restaurant. Same $60 price with no view. Grand Wailea, that was a huge mistake. Nobu should open the space for the morning breakfast. The prime view is closed all day. 😟”

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“El alojamiento está recientemente reformado, con el mobiliario nuevo. La cocina esta totalmente equipada con vitroceramica, horno, microondas, tostadora, lavavajillas…nos faltaba la cafetera y los cubiertos, en cuanto lo comunicamos nos los acercaron. Tienen toallas y sillas de playa en el apartamento. También cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el apartamento. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el mail de instrucciones (comprobar spam) y con la clave de acceso, mandé un mail porque no podía hacer……

“We only stayed for one night because our flight didn't match our departure dates from a previously booked timeshare. We were greeted pleasantly and informed our room would be ready shortly. The receptionist recommended a couple of things locally to do while we waited. The Beach is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. But we went with the recommendation of shave ice down the street. OOOOOHHHHH. Great choice. The air conditioning was a great relief as our previous stay had none. would come back again for……

“I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.”

“Perfect accommodations for a family of 5 with younger children. Easy access to the pool from the unit. The unit was even nicer than it was in the photos! Also, the unit had beach items for use that made for easy beach trips. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back on another trip to Maui. ”
