“Property was clean and spacious. Very modern look. Convenient location to the beach. Just what we needed for an overnight stay before our Disney cruise.”

“Overall we had a wonderful time. This is a fantastic place for a family to gather and enjoy each other and Florida. There are many amenities and the view is lovely. There was an osprey nest just feet away from the back deck that provided endless entertainment. Only dislike were the mattresses in the non-master bedrooms. They are soft/old and have pits where people slept for years and are not supportive. The fourth “bed” is actually an air mattress and not comfortable for anyone but a kid.”

“The house was lovely. The bathroom towels were dirty, we washed them and realized they’re stained. And they are very thin. There were no separate pool towels. The extra blankets were dirty and stained too. There was only one kitchen hand towel - needs a couple more. There are not enough drinking glasses or juice glasses for everyone at meal times. The pool was very dirty and we could not use it. Floating debris, bottom of pool filthy. Was told pool maintained weekly but there is no way - fuzzy……

“Seldom do you rent holiday accommodation that feels like a home away from home but this one is absolutely that.Everything that you think you need, but always forget to bring, was provided and Kelen had thought of literally everything.The Kabana was exactly as described and quite honestly the pictures didn’t do it justice it was quite something.The pool and outside spaces were lovely and we used and enjoyed them nearly every day of our 4 week stay. “I always appreciate when a property has a decent mattress and this was perfect for a girls weekend! Had everything we needed and would stay here again. Cross A1A and the beach access is there. It’s a small place and decorated nicely. There is another unit behind this one and those guests do walk past your entrance. ”

“We love the property convenient to everything. However two things in bedrooms need a chest of drawers or something to place non hang-able clothes. And in bathrooms a shelf or two in each to place toiletries. There was only the sink and floor. Other than those we would recommend. It was nice and quiet location and close to everything that we wanted. Thank you.”
