“I was visiting Sebastian Inlet State Park to photograph wildlife and this was a perfect location right on the beach and close to the park. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several others less than 10 minutes away. Lodging was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our room didn’t face the river and as a couple away for a romantic weekend, yet when we let the hosts know, they were able to accommodate us by moving rooms. We were extremely grateful for their willingness to ensure we were satisfied with our room and in future would be more specific in our request. “It was very nice to stay by the wayer but not quite at the beach. We were able to enjoy wayer without getting sandy. It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. I feel like an extra charge to use the equipment might encourage people to treat it better.”

“The property was wonderful and perfectly located. We were able to kayak in the river and then go play in the ocean. The beds were comfortable which is always appreciated at the end of a long day of playing. I hope we will be back again. The advice: if you are use to most condo stays, you will be expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There were only enough towels for 2 days. It's no big deal to throw a load of towels in before you leave if the washer and dryer are in the room, but it takes……

“The communication from our host Billy Hayes was great, check in was easy, and the condo was as advertised. The view was amazing, the beach was uncrowded, and surrounding area was very nice. The staff were friendly and responsive. We had a great time.”
