“What an amazing hotel! I came at the recommendation of friends and now I know why they were so insistent. The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. I will definitely return - hopefully soon.”

“We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and……

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences. ”
