“The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be the pool/bar/arcade hours, they close at 10pm even on the weekend. Little kids were loudly running up and down the halls and banging on doors bright and early at 7am every day we were there, also kids everywhere took over the "adult" hot tub area. The room was clean and simple, and we liked the amenities offered. ”

“This was our first time at Boyne and it did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful, we could walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. “Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it.”

“Loved the view of the lake. Cabin/efficiency apartment was less than we were expecting. Our host was very standoffish and not friendly. The site stated a bedroom and usually that includes a door with privacy that was not the case. Electrical was outdated and couldn't use the microwave. Parties on either side of us were very loud and one group partied very loudly all night. No air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Was charged for an extra person which was acceptable but given……
