“Listing states the property is 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Please note that the second bedroom is located in a separate structure that is not attached to the house. This was not clear in the listing. If you are staying with small children, I would not recommend this property.Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the separate structure had clearly not been cleaned. The patio furniture was covered in mold and the dock was in desperate need of a power wash. In……

“Everything about this location is PHENOMENAL. Beautiful property both inside and out. Everything you need is there. Clean, stocked and location to the sandbar is right across the street. “We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! ”
