“Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. Even though I didn’t use the kitchen part very……

“Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again.”

“The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. We found a quilt and pillows in a cupboard along with a lot of bin bags and clutter and……

“Property was actually lovely, really happy with the apartment. Unfortunately, we felt slightly unsafe most of the stay. The key lock box was opened whilst we were in the apartment making us feel anxious. No communication during this time sadly, after voicing concerns. Shower head was not attached in the bathroom which is just inconvenient. Fire alarms going off 8 times between 1am-2am resulting in no sleep and debating leaving the property at 2am. ”
