“This was our second stay at Butterfield Cottage - two wonderful weeks at this cosy, comfortable, immaculate cottage. The owner, Jan, was so kind, accommodating and quick to respond allowing us early check in after an overnight flight and late check out as well.The cottage has everything you could ask for - comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and cosy living and dining space. The weather was outstanding so we made great use of the front terrace as well as the rear garden. ……

“Hope Cross was excellent and a great base for our few days exploring the Dales.The property is kitted out to a really high standard and was very comfortable. Outdoor space was lovely to sit out when the weather was good, great views too.and private parking for cars. So handy for Chester,easy park and ride, the zoo Liverpool,West Kirby, Cheshire Oaks retail.Loved the White Lion with good food ,plenty seating in and out. Definitely recommend the beautiful Old Stables.”

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
