“We stayed for a few days with my husband and parents, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the main Salem spots easily. When we arrived, there was an issue with the smoke detectors which was promptly addressed by the host. You can occasionally hear some street noise outside, but we were able to sleep well with a little white noise. Overall would recommend!”

“Hosts were fantastic and the apartment was very beautiful. View was gorgeous. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the water pressure was in the shower. There were 2 comfortable king sized beds and 2 roll out twin beds. Location was great for jumping on the train. Dryft restaurant a couple blocks away had really good food. The Starbucks was also just a couple blocks away but I used the Nespresso maker each morning to make an Americano. The……

“We loved our stay at the Duval House. The place is tastefully appointed and we especially appreciated that the mattresses are very comfy. This is usually not always the case, our 50old bodies appreciated it. The only ever-so-slight pain was that we could hear someone tromping upstairs for some of the time but that minor thing didn't hinder our stay one bit. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Gloucester next. ”
