“We stayed here overnight while in the area for a band competition. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were great! Our kids loved the pancake maker. This property could use a bit of an update. It isn’t dirty just could use a refresh.”

“Ron at the front desk was a rock star as I tried to check in and Hotels.com didn't notify Hampton Inn that I had a reservation. I had the paid receipt and itinerary number and still could not find the reservaiton. After 90 miniutes calling Hampton's number we found a phone number for Hotels.com and that customer service gentleman (I didn't catch his name) gave the hotel yet a different number to prove that I had a reservation and I was finally in the room 90 minutes after walking in the……

“Lovely house in a lovely area. The house was small but well-equipped. The waterfall on the property was stunning (the short walk was tough). Had a great time kayaking on the lake that was available to use. Enjoyed the nearby Caverns and hiking.”

They were attentive and super responsive to my requests and I really appreciated it. For example, one of the frying pans were in really rough condition. I managed without it, but I informed Guest Services when I put in a request for more toiletries so that they were aware of it in case they want to replace it for future guests.
