“Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went……

“We love Tamarron Lodge and this unit has been the best so far. We stayed 36 nights and found it to be all we needed. The kitchen has been remodeled and even includes a dishwasher. We cooked almost all of our meals in this unit and found it very easy to do so with such a well stocked kitchen. It even has a rice cooker! The host even includes some Kcups, sugar, and little creamers. The bed is comfy. There's more than ample lighting. There's ample enough storage space even for a long stay. The……

“As an ex local visiting. It was a decent location between Durango and Ignacio. The place was just as cute as the photos.With that said. Next guest will enjoy the bit of maintenance work we preformed. Tightening the beds to the headboards, not messing with any of the many "tape jobs/patches/lack of consideration for guests" Would stay again if the price was lower or amenities were a bit more updated. The owner is also a local and should show more pride in their rental.”
