“Not a bad little setup at all. Host made sure we knew how to get in. We would stay again but everyone should know there are rv’s and others nearby. Everyone kept their distance and were respectful of each others privacy so all in all a private time still.”

“This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve had - lovely, quiet setting yet close enough to town, very clean and neat, very functional for our needs. Only one minor issue for us was dialing in the radiant heat system zones at night but we were ultimately able to get things comfortable. Even with this minor issue, it was a great stay. ”

“My kids and I loved our stay at this cute little cabin! It was the perfect home base for our adventures in Mesa Verde and Durango. The host was so kind and helpful (especially when there was an unexpected snowstorm and my vehicle got stuck!). The cabin was clean and in good repair. It was close enough to grocery stores and gas stations, but far enough we got the secluded camping vibes we were looking for! ”

“Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to……

“View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions.”

“This home had everything we needed from for our group of 11 which ranged from 1 year old through 75. Kids loved the hikes up the mountain from the back yard. Shared Thanksgiving dinner with three Does dining outside. The owner provided an open line of communication throughout the whole visit . The property description was pvery accurate.”

“So close to Mesa Verde and walking distance from state park. We loved being able to cook our own meals in their kitchen. Beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Neighbor's cats were sweet and entertaining ”

“We really liked the cabin, very clean and nice decor. View was very pretty. There were just a couple of issues. Very hard to find off of 160. I hope you make the turn into the property more visible. We missed it going towards MANCOS then heading back to property after leaving MANCOS. There was no trash bin near the road so we had to leave our trash in the studio.”
