“The Charrington Boutique Hotel is well furnished, cosy and equipped with all the necessities. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The hotel is located quite near to the Chatswood Station, so it's convenient to get around and it's easy to get all you need at the nearby shopping centres.”

“It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never……

“The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). There was also a sensor light that came on in the middle of the night if you got out of bed - two each side of the bed under……

“Not bad overall in term of convenience and cleanliness. Would be better if free or cheaper parking can be provided.”

“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……
