“Staying in this yurt felt like stepping into a Disney movie. I saw deer and rabbits, heard sandhill cranes, and walked the trails the owners had cleared through the woods. The yurt was incredibly well thought out, with everything you might need: A heater, a fan, a one-burner stove, drinking water, and even a clever sink setup with a spigot and basin. And the outhouse - honestly, I've never wanted to linger in an outhouse before, but this one was so nice! It's beautifully lit up outside……

“I wanted to take my grandsons (6, 8) overnight and this was just what I was looking for as a unique experience for them. Everything was as listed and beyond. The treehouse itself is remarkable. It's inviting, clean and the host has everything you could think of and more! The bonus for my animal loving grandsons was the friendly cat that wandered up and then Max, oh sweet Max and his kisses. This is definitely a must stay just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors.”

“We were only there for a very little while. We went to the nascar race and this property was only about a half hour away with good reviews. Host was responsive and quick to reply. House was very clean and easy to check into. No real frills to speak of. Just a simple house that provides what you need for a stay. And that’s generally all we ever care about for our trips. Perfect house that’s small and provides the essentials to get you through a trip. A good sized kitchen, dining……

“The house was as advertised! Older. Convenient location. Clean. Had a couple of minor issues… smelled of smoke upon arrival but once the air purifier was turned on, smell went away. One of the door frames were broke which hendered the bedroom door to stay closed. ”

This property has the space and amenities we were looking for, and many we didn't know we wanted. The giant JBL speakers and magnificent espresso machine were massive hits. If we had known about the many different outdoor cooking options, we would have planned food differently, but we did use the Blackstone to make a mountain of pancakes. Between the four lounge areas, the outdoor pavilion,……

“We were in the area for a conference at spring arbor college and looking for a place to stay that was pet friendly (unfortunately my doggie passed away about a month prior) but the stay was pleasant. Personally I like a little more privacy from the neighbors but the house is hard to beat. It was bright and spacious. The view of the sunrise over the lake was fantastic. The guys were Johnny -on-the-spot when we needed anything. Overall it was a great place to stay. ”
