“Our party of 6 truly enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. “My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial……

“We had a family of 5 stay here. Perfect size house for that many people. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen needed a little more utensils and cookware but other than that it was great. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was awesome. Didn’t realize there was a whole upstairs game area but we didn’t use it. It would be good if you had little kids for them to have somewhere to hang. It was also nice to have extra paper towels and tp provided so we didn’t have to buy that. Thank you……

“Came up to Marshfield from Florida to celebrate the holidays with our children and their families. I can’t say enough about the house. It was perfect. We’ve rented many homes and none of them came with a kitchen equipped as well as this one. House was clean, plenty of linens, beautiful washer and dryer. They even had spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Owner was very accommodating. Responded immediately when I reached out with any questions. We will be renting this house again.”
