“Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.”

“Rented this cozy house in Bourne MA that was in a quiet safe neighborhood with great neighbors. The house was super clean and the owners very friendly communicative and informative about things to do in the area. Just know that room described as having twin bed is NOT two side by side beds but a very nice pull out bed from a couch that does turn out to be a nice comfy bed.
