“Wonderful stay. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen and situated on a gorgeous pondWe had lots of room to spread out in this two story house and the hosts were gracious and accomodating with their loan of fishing rods for my son. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and location!”

“Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. ”

“Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..”

“Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.”

“From the moment we pulled in, we knew we found the perfect place. Steps away from the water, we were pretty much on our own the entire 6 days, except for the red-bellied cooters, cormorants, and other wildlife. The lapping water on the shore made for great sleep. We met the owner on the first day, who shared information about the history and fauna, as well as providing instructions for kayak use.The house had everything we needed, an updated interior, and very clean. Plymouth waterfront is 15……

“The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.”
