“Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!”

“We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!”

“Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. ”

“We loved our stay at this cottage! Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was exactly as described. The views of Cape Cod view were amazing, the location was private, and convenient to activities we wanted to do in Plymouth and Cape Cod. We would definitely return if looking to come back to the area.”

“Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..”

“The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.”

“This property was perfect - right on the beach, near to everything in Sandwich, easy to get on Rt 6 to explore other towns, plenty of room for our family and especially appreciated 2 bathrooms! Beds and casual seating were very comfortable, a/c kept the unit perfectly cool on some really hot days, and plenty of room to sit and eat and watch TV, do jigsaw puzzles, play board game. Property staff helpful, responsive, and pleasant. Would definitely rent again. ”

It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! ”
