“I had a great time at this VRBO meeting up with some.friends to explore Louisville. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery/restaurants. It's close for an easy Uber to get downtown, but far enough out of the city that's it's easy to drive to this to places east of the city as well.Plenty of parking, and a great evening hangout for a group of adults exploring the area.”

“Perfect house and perfect location. We have a big family and needed more space than a hotel. Great location close to our family and every thing you want to do in Louisville!”

“House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright……

“Our family enjoyed many years living in this historic neighborhood. I couldn’t believe this cottage was available in VRBO. First, this secluded neighborhood is beautiful 365 days a year. Wildlife, deer and massive trees add to the charm of this property. Matthew has restored this lovely cottage to an efficient and comfortable space. Whether sitting on the porches or walking the neighborhood, The Hummingbird’s interior is well thought out and plenty of space for everyone. Excellent……

“The host, Ross, was super friendly, very responsive, very helpful, and the home was absolutely as advertised. Getting checked in was super easy, and his check out process was simple – not a long, complicated list like some hosts occasionally have.Great, full kitchen with about every conceivable kitchen product available to use. Lots of sleeping areas, and many small touches that made it "above and beyond".”

“Clean, remarkably spacious and within walking distance of the historic downtown, that's for starters. My Spouse and I had weekend business in Louisville and Lagrange is just a short hop down the road, but with less traffic, another plus. We highly recommend.”
