“Front desk was very courteous and quick to check-in. I had to come down to the desk for a few other things needed and everyone was nice. It was refreshing to have customer service reps actually be customer focused and friendly. ”

“Every thing was good except the room key. I’ve never had an issue with it being close to my phone. Other hotels I could put the room key is the back pocket of my phone. Every time I did here it would deactivate it. That’s the only complaint I have ”

“Booked on-line. Arrived 30 min later @ 10pm. Had to check to see if there was actually a clean room. Not sure why they offer rooms if they don’t have any. Thankfully the room was available and clean. Took 30 minutes to track down their only luggage cart, so we could get our luggage to our room. Said their breakfast shipment had not arrived. Only coffee in the morning. Wish my room had zero carpet. Part carpet part vinyl flooring. Unfinished kitchen- had only a dish towel. You can rent a package……
