“We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. “I brought 14 middle and high school students from Colorado on a week long trip to visit pittsburgh. The Clement was clean and comfortable for us, and had almost everything we needed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and safe. Phillip and his Assistant were very personable and helpful, and checked in with us regularly. There were plenty of clean blankets, pillows, towels and washcloths. The sleeping pads were very comfortable. Sometimes I was cold at night, but in an old church, cold is going to……
