“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “I was looking for a room for one night. I usually work remote, but I had to be in the office two days in a row, this week, in Pittsburgh. I wanted to stay somewhere out of the city. This place fit the bill. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice, and clean. It had everything I wanted. I would definitely come back.”
