“We could not have picked a more lovely chalet for a family visit to the Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park area. "Wow-factor" water views with a nice back yard and coveted beach access allowing for strolls at low-tide. The property is private, quiet and scenic- a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bar Harbor where parking can be challenging due to crowds. Shower set up is illegally with dirty shower water going directly onto the forest floor, an environmental hazard. Entire area was dirty and porta potty was full. Was forced to find a different room last minute because the host was completely non responsive to multiple Messages and attempts to reach them. Only plus is that……

“This property was conveniently close to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, and other area attractions. It was perfect for the six of us with three bedrooms, six beds, two full bathrooms, and a nice kitchen and living area. There was also a deck with a grill. Really, the only downside was a lack of air conditioning, which we could have used during our August visit.”
