“We had a wonderful time at the property. We traveled with two families, each family had a three year-old and a five month old baby. The property was perfect for us. We had so much fun playing in the pool with the toddlers, and there were all of the accommodations that we needed to feel comfortable and safe with the babies. The kitchen was completely stocked and we were able to do all of the cooking we needed. We loved the pizza oven and had a really fun pizza night as well. All the communication……

“We are three couples who travel together a lot. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom but one bedroom and bathroom is up a narrow narrow spiral staircase. Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms but there isn’t any in the kitchen. All socializing, relaxing, game playing, etc is outside because there is only a kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms inside. But there is a huge outdoor kitchen where we cooked everything. Johanna came to clean every day except Sunday. The view was beautiful, lots of beach……

“The villa is amazing. Well designed, beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle. Plenty of space to lounge outside and enjoy the pool and wonderful breakfasts and dinners, plenty of bedrooms for our family's 4 groups (11 people). Terrific view to see waves crash on the rocks. But most of all, Sonia and her staff were incredible. So helpful, always pleasant, so efficient and professional, and wonderful, I mean wonderful cooks. The nearby beaches are fantastic...Playa Carrillo for lounging……

“The view is stunning. We walked in and immediately told the property manager we wouldn't be leaving. This home is by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly think of has been provided. From the very well stocked kitchen, complete with spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, plenty of utensils, etc.to all items needed for the beach chairs, coolers, floaties, etc. We had so much fun watching the wildlife. The number of hummingbirds that visited the feeder was crazy, the……

“The condo sleeps 6, has three bedrooms and two baths. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. Stacey is amazing, kind, and very responsive to all needs. All bedding needs to be updated and you need to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a lovely patio, pool, and the friendliest residents you will ever meet! There is a laundry facility on site.We had a wonderful time and look forward to……

“My family stayed at the villa for March Break and it was amazing. Perfect place and amazing location. 5 minutes from town with lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The Villa had a fantastic view and was very clean! Will be back at some point!”

“David is a very attentive host. Power outages/surges make for awkward use of bedrooms a/c needed for heat/humidity. The surge protector setup was finicky while ww stayed but David very responsive. Street noise is a problem for light sleepers as windows are noise porouswindows let all ”

“Great little house with everything you need. The pool is a bit small, but has an outdoor shower and bbq! The only thing is that we thought it was beach front and it is really a Kilometre away ot more. However, Carrillo beach is isolated and beautiful!”
