“My family stayed at this lovely house during a trip to Clarksville to visit my grandmother for her birthday. The house very comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 0-5). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The welcome basket of cookies, coffee pods, and wine was very much appreciated! The playroom downstairs was so helpful with the kids and my brothers and dad played several rounds of ping pong in the garage. Our only regret was that we were not there in……

“We really enjoyed being unplugged for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and spend time with our 1 year old. The house is perfect! We especially loved using the dock to tie up our boat and watching the wildlife. Everything is as described and Mike was wonderful to communicate with leading up to our stay. ”

“We weren’t expecting luxury.. we booked our trip for an holiday weekend at the last minute, and we were looking for a place we could bring our dogs along. So it surely fulfilled our “needs”. However, The home was not clean and not as maintained as the pictures appear. Definitely outdated pictures from the home’s current condition. The side deck and path to boathouse are falling apart and would move even with our 30lb 2 year old walking on it. When we arrived the AC was not working and the……

“I rented this house for my husband and his buddy for their annual fishing trip. He could not say enough good about it! He said the location was perfect, the house was immaculately clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies, linens, etc., that you would need.Pat, the host was very responsive with any questions. My husband and his fishing buddy plan to rent it again for next years trip. I highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.”

“This house was good for our 2 small families. There was plenty of room and entertainment for the kids. Plenty of outdoor space with the 2 decks and dock with a great lake view. The kitchen was moderately stocked, it had most of the essentials, but missing some things like lager bowls for mixing or salad, cutting board, pasta strainer. The beds were ok, the linens weren’t the most comfortable and would honestly recommend bringing your own. But overall, our stay was good. ”
