“A great little stay for us while we stopped in Seattle for just a few nights. It was very comfortable after a whole week out in the Olympics. It’s in a great location and really close to a main bus route that we used to get to downtown. Host was very accommodating to our requests and quick to respond to messages. Overall would recommend.”

“The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email……

The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

The home is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—from kitchen basics to extra linens—so they had everything they needed right away. The location is excellent: very quiet, private, and easy to get to, which made their visit relaxing from start to finish. We happened to catch a few unusually hot days, and Jeff went above and beyond to help—checking in proactively, bringing extra fans, and making sure my parents……

“Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.”
