It had everything we needed for cooking meals, including a full spice rack and all the necessary cooking implements. The host was quick to respond, like when I couldn't find the thermostat (it's behind the wall mounted TV). We were visiting Tucson to ride bikes and found the neighborhood very bikeable and safe. ”

“It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up……

“We stayed at the guesthouse for 7 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. It is a block from the bike blvd to catch the loop 4 miles away, or a short drive to various parking spots along the loop. Pickleball courts, shopping, the University, and great restaurants are all within a mile or two. The quiet neighborhood and private backyard with the hot tub were icing on the cake. Bruce and his wife were excellent……
