“Séjours exceptionnel le service,la propreté et la gentillesse des personnes qui y travaillent était dingue. La nourriture très bonne ce qui est très rare dans un all inclusive. Seul bémol la partie spa qui n’est pas du tout représentative du reste de l’hôtel. En tout cas j’y retournerais! ”

“This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.”

“Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. ”

“Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Sousse, à 3min à pieds des principales allées commerçantes. Pour notre part, nous n'avons pas logé à l'hôtel "principal" mais avons été conduits à quelques minutes de marche de là dans un autre bâtiment, l'inconvénient étant qu'il fallait se déplacer pour le petit-déjeuner. La chambre est belle et pourrait être très confortable avec un systême permettant d'éviter la lumière du jour qui se lève très tôt. Aussi, une bouilloire serait la bienvenue pour le thé, et……

“Great discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...). The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. Special mention also goes to the lifeguard in charge of the children's water slides. We’ll……

“Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.”

“They gave me a small cramped room on third floor. No elevator. It was easy to drag my suitacse up. One of the front desk staff was not very hepful...anything I asked he said google it. On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough...he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant. Overall good hotel..good location...minimal breakfast...best bang for your buck. ”

“Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. Nous avons du partir 1 jour avant suite à un changement de vol de dernière minute mais l'essentiel est qu'on a pu se ressourcer . bravo et merci ”

Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. ”
