“Found home that look like it would work perfectly for us. Communication with owner was great up to a few days before check in. When we arrived we never received check in code. Owner was unreachable. Had to get VRBO involved. They offered a hotel for the night till they or we could get intouch with the owner. After we paid and checked in. Three hours later. The owner finally got back with the code and apologized and refunded first night and vrbo credited us hotel room. Very big inconvenience.……

“This Berkeley Cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice shopping area nearby. It was the perfect place for us to recoup and enjoy some downtime while exploring the East Bay. We appreciated Patty’s hospitality and the parking space she made available to us.”

“We spent our son's spring break week in April here. Property was perfect for our 7 year old. Pool, great backyard, fire pit for smores and a fun kids room with some games and toys. Close to great restaurants, hikes and wine tasting. Bonus a spa is walking distance for massages. Good size kitchen and great dining table that we used for games when the weather wasn't great. Windows everywhere - still felt the Sonoma outdoor vibe. Hosts were great - super responsive and the house was fully stocked……

“We had a great stay again. Just know that the bedroom and kitchen are separate but connected by a breezeway. For us, this is ideal, as I get up early to work, and my wife likes to wake up slowly with a cup of coffee, eventually. The magic is at night, when you get back and build a little fire in the chiminea, open a bottle of wine and watch the sun set. ”
