“Great private room in a great location. Well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy! Linens were top notch. Bottle of wine a nice touch. Location was easily walkable to downtown. Grocery right across street! Enjoyed Palm Sunday mass at church (also across side street). Would’ve been a bonus if it had a magnifying makeup mirror. Closet light was out. Difficult to keep shower water from getting on bathroom floor due to design. Felt bad about how wet floor towels got. All in all I would highly……

“Communication was clear, check-in and check-out were both smooth and simple, and parking was easy.The mansion is just off of a winding narrow road. There is a nearby market place with a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It is very close to the 101 freeway. The stairs up to the apartment are steep and you will want to have a light on to navigate the steps as well as the entry hallway to the front door. “This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property. Iris and Family are lovely! I have Family in the area, which is why I go often. But I can get away to this lovely cozy sanctuary. I will continue to book.”

“We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the house boat. ”

“This house was just right for our weekend stay. It was walking distance to restaurants and the university. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror.”

“The parking is horrible unless your driving a fiat my truck didn’t fit in the provided parking so I had to park on the street and my side mirror was taken out by a passing car. The rooms are small. The tv doesn’t pick up any channels and the internet wouldn’t connect. The kitchen and fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned previously. Don’t recommend it ”

“It was a joy to stay here. It had everything I needed for my almost week long stay in town for work. It was perfectly located in walking distance to the BART. Thank you for hosting me!”
