Parking is available in the port (white line slots are completely free), you can nevertheless go to the hotel to offload your luggage and then park in the port some 200m away. We also appreciated the whirlpool on the roof, which offered a great view all around. We had trouble with our air conditioner; it cooled to 18 °C regardless of the setting -……

“I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. It also was far away from the town so I had to walk five minutes to take a fifteen minute bus ride to the beach and back every day, which was fine for……

“Wunderschönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Der kleine Ort Talamone ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants und Bars. Sehr schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind innnerhalb einer halben Stunde bis Stunde zu erreichen: Grossetto, Massa Marittima, Suvereto, Pitigliamo, Manciano, Saturnia usw.”
