“The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off. “My partner and I planned a quick birthday celebration getaway. The property was as described and very enjoyable. We found it to be quiet but not too remote. We loved the fireplace and the cozy vibe. It’s immediately apparent a lot of care, planning and love went into the home. The proximity to the Porcupine Mountains is perfect. There are so many options for destinations for day trips as well. We loved it and hope to come back sometime soon. Highly recommend!”
