“GPS directed us to the property. Convenient parking. Cabin is old, as described. Everything clean and in working condition. Way more space than we needed. We had the windows open for lake breezes during the day and kicked on the heat to take the chill out of the cabin in the morning. Kitchen was stocked for preparing meals. Groundskeepers are friendly and attentive. Waking to loon calls beats city noises! We will check here for availability in the future. ”

“My fiance and I have been making visits to White Sand Lake for several years and this has to be the best property we have found yet. The hosts were very commutative and easy to reach, and were very accommodating. We had a lovely stay and will definitely try booking this property again!”

“Great overall. Cabin was clean and cozy but a little heavy with furniture to navigate around. No toliet so thank gooodness I packed some and left a couple rola for the next guests. I’m convinced the giant tadpoles ate all the fish…not even a nibble. The hill going up to the cabin can be tough for someone with health issues. Big rocks along the shoreline makes it dificult to get in the water. Overall, it was a great stay with a nicely secluded can in the woods. My favorite part was the……

“This is a great place to stay. The house is nicely updated and sits right on a beautiful beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you can need even including firewood. The most well stock home we have ever stayed in. Very clean and updated. Great sunsets, fire on the beach and close to town. The owners I think put a lot of thought into the hose and property to make guests feel comfortable and to have everything they need. Nice owners and good communication. Best place we have stayed……

“This place has CLASSIC northern Wisconsin charm. We loved the fish, moose bear themes everywhere. Beds were snuggly on our cool nights. The kitchen was stocked the best we have seen for a getaway cabin. Only one thing missing-cheese grater! The living room is narrow and small, so if you had a bigger group on a bad weather day it would be tight. Lake access is across the road. This was a great location for biking, hiking, star gazing. Fabulous quilt store nearby. ”

“House is in a great location for quick access to the Porkies. It was clean and stocked with the essentials. Only negative was that all of the tv remotes needed batteries, not a big deal since I didn't plan to watch much tv anyway. Great stay overall. ”
