“Our stay at this cabin was perfect for our family. Watching the pink sunrises across the lake each morning was breathtaking. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning reading my book and listening to the loons, and in the evenings sitting outside playing games. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing off the dock, my husband enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake, and our golden lab enjoyed sunning herself on the deck. We hope to return to this location again. “The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. ”

“Got this as a surprise for my in-laws for Christmas since they used to family vacation here. We did typical sight seeing stuff. The house was perfect to hang out at after a long day. Even on a rainy day we were able to enjoy the rain fall on the deck and stay dry. House is exactly at described. Hosts very responsive albeit we had no issues, but day off did ask for an earlier check in. We were notified as soon as it was ready for it, that was very appreciated. ”

“Stayed here unplanned after our car needed to go in unexpectedly and absolutely loved it! Adorable set up. The owner was incredibly nice, even helped us pick our car when it was ready. Staying with all the animals was so much fun. Hiking bald mountain was so cool, we got to ID some new lichen and mushrooms. P.S. the eggs are delicious and I think their horse just had a foal right before we left!?”

“We used the cabin as a home base to explore Acadia while having a fun and beautiful place to come back and see the sunsets and sunrises on the water. The little heater was enough to keep us warm during the chilly fall week we were there. Was a great spot for the two of us!”

“This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor.”

“This home was a joy to stay in. Beautiful view. A bit further from the park than desired but at a more reasonable price than others. No central air conditioning so be aware. The TV is pretty small too. And no traditional sized cereal bowls. And poor shower water pressure. However everything else about the property was excellent. Would definitely come again. On the last day no one wanted to leave. ”
