“First floor handicapped room for my Mom. Felt secure with the camera coverage. Small and quaint. ”

“I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room.”

“Check in was the quickest I've ever had. Seemed secure and intentional. Very professional. Rooms were okay, the AC had a bit of a stench but it was not biggie. We didn't use all the amenities but maybe next time. The only issue is that the cleaning lady came knocking on the door @ 8:30 AM (my wife and I were trying to sleep in since we never get to) to clean. I asked her to come back after 11:00 AM, lol . But other than that, it was good.”
