“這是一次十分糟糕的體驗。 首先，我跟朋友們預約了數間三人房間，預約時是說會有「一張雙人床、一張單人床」，結果有些房間卻只有「一張雙人床、一張比較長的硬沙發」，跟櫃檯反映說是我們預約了這種房間就是沒有單人床，無法替換。我不清楚這是Expedia還是酒店的問題。 其次，房間的隔音很差，會聽到走廊及隔壁的聲音，情況對被分配到101房間的朋友而言更是嚴重。因為酒店只有一檯升降機，且升降機每次只能選擇一層，期間其他樓層無法按升降機，很不方便，以致大多數的住客都乾脆走樓梯，使正對著通往地面的樓梯的101房間經常被腳步聲煩擾。 第三，洗澡的體驗也很糟糕。這個情況只發生在101房間，但有點誇張所以特地說一下。101房浴室的地台淺得幾乎沒有，洗澡時很容易就把水溢出到房間裡。而且熱水也很不穩定，試過不止一次洗澡到一半沒有熱水，就算前檯派人上來修理後也是一樣。 此外還有不少零星的問題，比如是空調固定在26度又沒有吹風，使房間十分悶熱；以及房間的插座位根本就不夠房間裡的電器使用等等。”

“Excellent hotel to stay while in Naples. The location is close to a station that gets you both into naples and to other places such as Pompei. The shuttle service from the city center is also great! The hotel itself is very clean and the breakfast is delicous!”

“酒店离市区比较远，但整体环境还不错，房间很干净床也大就是床垫太差了，今天早上起来身上都痛，另外早餐的盘子都看起来不太干净！除此之外其他都很好，而且订的价格也是超级划算的，还有游泳池很漂亮支付1欧元就可以，很可惜到酒店的时候比较晚第二天又赶时间没能去泳池玩。”
