“Overall the place was okay at 400 a night. Most places I've been to have a binder or laminated paper with all the necessary info, this place did not. The couch was covered in sand. We were cold the 1st night and could not figure out the heater, we asked for info, and received a reply which didn't help, when I emailed again we were not answered til the next morning. There wasn't a packet of salt, pepper or sugar in the cabinets, although we were told there was. No ice trays, or labeling on the……

“We came as an adult family group and the apartment was just perfect for that. Our stay was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood has everything you need within an easy walk. The beach and pier are a few blocks away. The businesses are very pet friendly and all of the business operators were outgoing and welcoming. Every restaurant we tried was good and there was something for everyone, even with our wide variety of dietary preferences.……

“We had a WONDERFUL stay at this property!!!! The apartment itself was immaculate. Very sharp decor, yet still cozy. Unbelievably comfortable bed. The location is great. Friendly neighborhood. We had morning walks along, Ballona Lagoon out to the beach and to the pier every day. Quick walk to the best breakfast I've had in a loooong time. Easy access to the main drags, so getting to and from all points LA was a breeze. Our host, Mark, was SO NICE!! Very helpful from beginning to end in all ways,……
