“We were attending a family wedding in Scandia, but also visiting with relatives in the Twin Cities. This charming Forest Lake cottage was the perfect escape from all of the activity. It had everything we needed for our stay. Its location near the lake was ideal for relaxing walks and exploring the local area. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and truly enjoyable. Sonja was a terrific host, making sure we had everything we needed and responding to questions right away. A special thanks……

I'm sure this place is a blast in the summer when you can use the pool. We would definitely come here again or recommend this house.”

“We were in MN for a week, and stayed at this property the whole time. Check in was easy, the property was wonderfully eclectic, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a nice quiet, upscale place to stay. It is close to the coffee shops, stores and pubs. Highly recommended!”

“My husband and two dogs stayed on this property while visiting family. The cottage was adorable with a very efficient design and very cozy. Carly even had similar amenities in the bathroom as you would find in a four star hotel. The kitchen was very well stocked. The best part was the yard was the firepit and landscaping. The area was rural, despite other homes being on the street. The neighbors were very friendly. It was a welcome break from life in the city. We could go into the Cities……

“It had a nice feel to the place, rooms were hot there is no central ac. there is an ac unit but it only made the living room cold. I did not like that you get charged a fee for cleaning but still have to clean. Area is great and quiet but a ton of mosquitoes so bring off. The bathroom is between the two rooms but did not have locks so it’s hard to know when someone is in there. The beach was small but nice kids enjoyed that. Did not like that you are not allowed to smoke outside on the property……
