“The day before arriving at the house for a carefully planned 3 generation family vacation I received a phone call from Alina, the managing agent, telling me the house wasn’t ready for us. My heart immediately sank. We would be getting on the Amtrak Auto Train the next morning, and suddenly it all seemed to have gone wrong. However, I was immediately offered a swap to another house nearby. Literally a hundred feet from the beach, the house has excellent a/c, lots of windows, high ceilings,……

“This beach house was more than expected. It had everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is I wish I knew exactly what all was provided because then I wouldn’t have had to pack as much as we did. Hahaha. So, really, not a complaint at all. The house was beautifully decorated, amazing access to the beach and so relaxing. I especially loved the deck and the fact that it had a gate at the top so our dog could enjoy the fresh air while we ate, drank coffee, and just hung out in……

“I feel like I should say something negative so it will be easier for me to get the times I want next time I stay here, but I have only good things to report. I use Vrbo frequently and this is the best property I've ever stayed at. The house is just steps from the beach, but it's not a "beach house". It's a house you might find in any nice neighborhood. There's an upstairs balcony that lets you look over the ocean, and an enclosed porch downstairs. Both face east so you can enjoy the ocean……

“We really enjoyed the home, the location, the layout, everything! The views were amazing, we basically had the beach to ourselves, and it was the quiet vacation we wanted. We wish the pool was heated but we assume most of the year a heater isn’t needed. We had 8 people in the home and had plenty of room - would have been fine with 10 or 12 - definitely plan to return! ”
