“Communication prior to check in was fantastic. When we arrived the parking was easy with a lot of room. We entered the house easily and it was amazingly clean. Danny left us a bottle of the local wine (which we are familiar with) and love. The house is within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and it’s also within walking distance of the historic part of town and the river. We will definitely stay here anytime we get a chance to visit St. Augustine. ”

“We found the property to be very clean easy to find. The food trucks nearby are only open certain times but we hadn't planned on using them anyway. The property owner responded to our email is very quickly. If you go there on the deck there is a way to set up a table so you can have dinner on the deck. The instructions that we got didn't include that but we figured it out. The facility sleeps three but the third person should be a small child. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend……

“The condo itself was a solid 4. Rusty mental chairs on the porch and very used chairs for the beach. The window in one bedroom looked into a dark hallway so the shade was pulled down 24/7, the other window had an outside light illuminating the bedroom all night even with the blinds pulled tight. The screen door of the slider did not slide and had to stay open to get any airHad no interaction with the host.I did love the mattress on the king bed. ”

“Gorgeous, modern, clean unit! Comfortable bed. Very nice, spacious kitchen, and what a location! We came to St. Augustine for our honeymoon. This unit is just about three blocks' easy walk through a very safe neighborhood to the Lion Bridge, so we walked back and forth to St. Augustine every day and only parked downtown once. “The hotel and our room were very clean. Pool area was safe and clean. Grounds were manicured. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was taken care of by wonderful friendly people. That being said, management should update their menu. Was so looking forward to menu items as described on the website. It is a continental breakfast at best. Didn't see the need to be charged for parking as it is a regular hotel with a huge parking lot. But otherwise we had an excellent vacation……
