“Great location! Easy walk to George Street. The cottage was very clean, fairly large. Morning coffee overlooking the lake was quite nice. The key pad was not working but the lock box was available. We let the host know. Not that we had any other problems, but when I did have questions/comment, I just wish they could’ve answered a little quicker. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!”

“This was a great place to stay. We have been to St Augustine so many times and have never stayed in this neighborhood. The location is so convenient to the historical district and it is also a very quiet and beautiful area. The home is absolutely beautiful and has all amenities we needed. “Wow! We were so fortunate to find this place! There were so many features to love about our stay. This condo (section of a larger house) is right across the bridge from the city of St. Augustine. “My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. This house has a charm and warmness that feels much more like home. -lots of new clean towels-new washer/dryer with detergent -comfortable beds with solid pillows……

“This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. “I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We……

“Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. ”

“The hotel and our room were very clean. Pool area was safe and clean. Grounds were manicured. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast was taken care of by wonderful friendly people. That being said, management should update their menu. Was so looking forward to menu items as described on the website. It is a continental breakfast at best. Didn't see the need to be charged for parking as it is a regular hotel with a huge parking lot. But otherwise we had an excellent vacation……
